Changes Coming On Patreon in 2020

Are you scared my friend? Well, you shouldn't be! As you'd know, I put a lot of thought and care into each decision I make, especially when it comes to the VE Patreon. 

I can proudly say that there won't be any changes that will affect you negatively. I believe the changes being made here will be a strict net gain for everyone involved, so I hope you enjoy! 

Here’s The Changes
Instead of posting new content every 3 days at 7:00 p.m. with the addition of random content sprinkled throughout (polls & announcements), I'm going to change it to releasing content every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 p.m. with random content still sprinkled throughout the week (such as I’ve done for "Happy Friendsgiving on Thanksgiving morning instead of in the evening).

This will do numerous beneficial things for the Patreon. 

Content will be tied to specific days (Tuesday and Thursdays), so you know exactly which days to expect content and what time (7:00 pm).

With me sticking two two days a week (instead of more), it'll give me a little more freedom to work on designing new games when I need it as well as throwing in more surprises in a more timely manner. For example, keeping most updates regulated to every three days, sometimes means, new content you want to see, gets put 9-15 days in a backlog, so with this new system, you'll be able to see the updates you want to see sooner than you would otherwise. 

Pledge Changes
Changes to pledge amounts. Again, have no fear! All current pledges with backers are seeing 0 changes. I'm very proud of our $1, $5, $10, and $50 reward tiers. The $100 one? Not as much. 

Currently it has it so the backer would receives shirts, art prints, and a skit. I think these are cool and within our wheelhouse, but it doesn't highlight some of the things we've been asked about or my personal skill sets, so these new rewards are seeking to remedy that.

Gaming With Vindicated - $100 - Want to play a game with Vincent or the team? At this pledge, once per month we'll play any game you want together for 1 hour (just check and make sure we can have access to the game before hand).

Write The Story - $150 - Have a fun adventure that you'd love us to play with our Otherworlds Adventures characters? It can be as dark, serious, or hilarious as you want it to be! At this pledge, we'll play your adventure as a 1-shot, within 30 days of receiving your idea

Kickstarter Coach - $200 Looking to have your very own successful Kickstarter? Well, why spend thousands of hours researching, when you can have an experienced Kickstarter creator backing you in your corner? At this level, Vincent will answer all of your questions and give you steps, one by one of what you'll need to do to have a greater chance of success on the platform.

Well, there you have it. Our new changes that we're rolling out in 2020! That's not to mention some updates to the wording, pledge artwork, banner, and possibly the video, that I'm considering.
