Shipping Information

Every order from our site is hand packaged by the designer himself with love and care.

Expect shipping within 1-3 business days USPS via first class shipping.

Cost of shipping varies based on weight.

Returns

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery of product.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition they were delivered in.

  • Vindicated does not cover shipping costs on returns.

  • We recommend insuring your shipment. You will not be reimbursed for an item that Vindicated does not receive.

  • Refunds can be expected 3 business days after delivery of product.

  • To initiate a refund contact the owner directly at vincentbaker@vindicatedentertainment.com with Subject: “Return”.

Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

We strive to ensure that all packages arrive safely at their destination. However, in cases where a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the following policies apply:

  1. Customer Responsibility for Correct Shipping Information

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

    • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed status, or failure to arrange pickup, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

  2. Re-Shipment Policy

    • If a package is returned to us, the customer may request a re-shipment. However, they will be responsible for covering the additional shipping cost.

    • We will verify the shipping address with the customer before attempting another shipment.

  3. Refunds for Returned Shipments

    • If a package is returned to us and the customer no longer wishes to receive it, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost and any applicable return fees.

    • If the package included limited-run or exclusive items, we reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund.

  4. Unclaimed Orders & Timeframe

    • If a customer does not respond within 30 days of being notified of a returned shipment, the order may be considered abandoned. In such cases, we reserve the right to retain or resell the product without issuing a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers should contact their local carrier or file a claim if they suspect theft.
