Here's All The New Details For BL3's DLC Bounty of Blood!
Well ladies and gentleman, we're no longer having to speculate. It turns out DLC3 is in fact a western themed DLC, but what's great, is it's more than just that!
With any good western, you need your trusty steed. So, what does Borderlands give us?
Instead of a horse, we're getting a dinosaur head with cybernetic body! It's like a dino-bot jet bike, it's INSANE! This will be the only vehicle you're able to use in this new world and I'm okay with it. This thing is seriously amazing!
You'll be using this vehicle, the Jet Beast, to combat your rivals, the Devil Riders!
Alongside new enemies, players will also see a whole new cast of characters, including Juno who's a reformed brawler and your guide, Rose, who I have to say, I love her design!
The main town you reside in is confirmed to be a “character” as well, changing and developing as you progress in the story. The more you do, the more people will sing about your adventures, the more stores will be opening, and the more video the local theater will be playing from lost footage you can discover.
This new world also seems to have some Asian-inspired culture in some areas, alluding to samurais and shrines.
All the while, you'll be accompanied by a western themed narrator (no Marcus isn't the narrator this time and no, this isn't a physical accompanied companion, but rather a disembodied voice).
New gameplay mechanics, including plants that will fire you up into the air, and portals you can use to teleport in combat, making combat more dynamic than ever!

Bounty of Blood: A Fistful of Redemption will be available June 25th.
For those curious, the 4th DLC shows Krieg and A LOT of abstract colors. I think it's safe to assume the rumors are true and the 4th DLC will be a total mind-bending experience, which immediately jumps the amazing Psychonauts game to mind (let's hope we get a Borderlands DLC inspired by Pscychonauts, that's be amazing!).
