How To Find Players For Tabletop Roleplaying

Need Players or Time for Roleplaying Games?

Being in the tabletop industry, there’s one thing I hear more than anything else and it has something to do with Dungeons & Dragons. BUT aside from that, the next thing I hear the most is, “How can I find players for tabletop roleplaying games.” That or something dealing with not having time to get everyone together to play.

It can be a really complicated problem to tackle and yet it plagues the industry, holding us back from telling amazing stories and bonding with others over one of our favorite hobbies.

Looking for players?

This is why a lot of people default to Dungeons and Dragons. It’s the most popular roleplaying game, thus it’s easier to find others to play with.

Defaulting to D&D is somewhat of a solution, but it’s predicated on you loving Dungeons & Dragons, and also tolerating the douchebaggery that is WotC and Hasbro, so let’s assume you want to play virtually any roleplaying game, other than D&D.

*Legendaria joins chat*

Legendaria is a unique roleplaying game that is specifically built from the ground up to do one thing extremely well.

Roleplay any time, anywhere.

No, this isn’t some sex hotline either and It’s more than a catchy phrase.

Legendaria can be played from your phone by taking actions through texting. The rounds also last 12 hours, NOT meaning you're stuck “in game” for 12 hours, but rather, as long as you can send your action within 12 hours, you’re good!

In addition to this, the hours can be altered to fit specific group needs as well as actions being “stored” if a player, for any reason, can’t fulfill their actions for that round.

Don’t get me wrong, nothing, and I mean nothing, replaces the great feeling of sharing a game with others at a table, however, if you’re truly that busy, Legendaria gives you a fun opportunity to roleplay with others, even with having a busy life.

But, I need players…

Well, you’re also in luck, because we just so happen to have an amazing community of people always ready to play Legendaria

I can’t promise the same is true for GMing Legendaria, but if you’re willing to run a game, we can get you the players.

Well, are you going to finally take the chance to jump in and start playing a roleplaying game again or are you going to keep waiting?

Stay awesome!

Vincent

p.s. if Legendaria isn’t your theme, be on the look out for Deathsend, which uses the same game engine. Deathsend puts people in the role of yakuza and detectives, trying to uncover someone who acquired the power to command death. It plays massively different and is scheduled to be on Kickstarter in May.
